Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time | Albuquerque, NM (2025–2026 School Year)
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time, remote/virtual opportunity supporting school districts in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area. This role is for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year and involves servicing a caseload of approximately 40–50 students in a school-based setting via teletherapy.

Renewal: Based on performance and district needs
Key Responsibilities
-
Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and screenings for students with speech and language needs

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
-
Maintain accurate documentation, session notes, and progress reports
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a virtual environment

Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress
-
Utilize online therapy platforms and digital tools effectively
Qualifications & Requirements
All applicants must meet New Mexico state and local licensure and certification requirements, including:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Valid New Mexico SLP license issued by the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department (Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensing Practices Board)

Current or eligible New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) licensure

Prior school-based and teletherapy experience preferred

Strong communication, technology, and organizational skills

Reliable internet connection and secure, professional home workspace
