Qualifications:
- Active Oregon Speech Language Pathologist license, or eligibility and application in process
- Experience in school-based or pediatric early intervention settings preferred
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate within an evaluation team
- Ability to work independently and manage a variety of cases in a flexible, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct intervention for early childhood caseloads
- Travel between locations as an itinerant SLP to support students in different learning environments
- Collaborate closely with other professionals, educators, and families to develop and implement IEPs and IFSPs
- Participate in evaluation team meetings, offering expertise to support child-focused programming
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Deliver coaching and support for families and caregivers to maximize student success
