Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
- Active California SLP License (or eligibility).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred.
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centered services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for elementary students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing communication with caregivers.
- Provide direct and consultative services to support student progress.
