Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students.
  • Manage caseload and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellow License (SLP-CFY) in Alabama.
  • Valid Alabama teaching certification.
  • Experience working in school settings preferred.
  • Strong caseload management and documentation skills.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor SLPAs effectively.
  • Candidates with strong SLPA skills will be considered.

Location: This onsite position is based in Alabaster, AL, servicing a K-12 school environment, emphasizing collaboration and direct student engagement.
