Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students.
- Manage caseload and maintain detailed documentation.
- Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to ensure quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellow License (SLP-CFY) in Alabama.
- Valid Alabama teaching certification.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Strong caseload management and documentation skills.
- Ability to supervise and mentor SLPAs effectively.
- Candidates with strong SLPA skills will be considered.
Location: This onsite position is based in Alabaster, AL, servicing a K-12 school environment, emphasizing collaboration and direct student engagement.
