Desired Qualifications:
- Current Ohio SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status
- Experience in pediatric or school-based speech-language pathology preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage and organize a caseload of 22 students effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to students on your caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop student-specific goals, and draft IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in team meetings and support a positive learning environment
