Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 25-30 students for SLPs, covering grades K-12.
- Oversee a K-6 caseload for the SLPA role.
- Provide early intervention services and supervise two SLPA staff members.
- Maintain regular working hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday, with a shorter day on Friday.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy services.
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student progress.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and state regulations.
- Supervise and mentor SLPA team members effectively.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification as an SLP or SLPA with relevant experience in school settings.

- Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery is beneficial.
- Capable of managing diverse caseloads in grades K-12.
