Oklahoma Telehealth Speech Language Pathologist Augmentative Communication
Seeking an Oklahoma Telehealth Speech Language Pathologist specializing in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). This 1099 contractor will assess AAC needs, recommend devices, and provide remote training and therapy to students statewide. Collaboration with educators, families, and speech technology vendors is vital. You must be knowledgeable of Oklahoma regulations and telepractice protocols.
Responsibilities:

Assess student AAC needs using telehealth platforms.

Recommend and support AAC device implementation remotely.

Provide teletherapy sessions targeting AAC skills.

Train parents, teachers, and support staff on AAC use.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated support.

Document progress and maintain compliance.

Participate in virtual IEP meetings.
-
Ensure confidentiality and data security.

Troubleshoot technology issues related to AAC.

Manage caseload independently.

· Must have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, or Communication Science's and disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
