Oklahoma Remote SLP Case Manager Contract School Role
We are looking for a Remote SLP Case Manager to oversee and provide speech-language services for Oklahoma students with IEPs. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll function as both a clinician and a compliance coordinator, ensuring students receive timely, legally compliant services. This role is ideal for experienced SLPs who are confident managing caseloads, IEP timelines, and service documentation remotely. You will be working closely with educators, parents, and other service providers while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. Autonomy, accountability, and communication are key in this multifaceted virtual role.
Responsibilities:

Manage and track caseloads and IEP service delivery timelines.

Lead virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with team members.

Conduct virtual initial, triennial, and exit evaluations.

Monitor student progress and revise goals as needed.

Ensure documentation meets Oklahoma state and federal guidelines.

Maintain an organized digital calendar for scheduling sessions and meetings.

Coordinate with special education staff to address service gaps.

Submit progress notes and data reports before required deadlines.

Monitor and flag students in need of reevaluation or tiered intervention.

Use secure systems for all student data and communication.

Assist with IEP development and revisions for speech-only students.

Provide virtual support to school personnel regarding communication needs.

Participate in district audits and reviews as needed.

Support students transitioning between grade levels or service models.

Educate staff and families on SLP roles in special education.

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
