About the Role:

We’re seeking a dedicated Virtual Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our network of professionals providing remote therapy services to K–12 students across the Toledo area. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives by helping them build essential fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills—all from the comfort of your home.

You’ll collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and other service providers to ensure each student receives the targeted, individualized support they need to succeed academically and functionally in the classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students’ occupational therapy needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.

• Provide engaging teletherapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and digital tools.

• Collaborate with teachers and families to integrate OT strategies into daily routines.

• Maintain timely documentation and adhere to all district and state compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required.

• School-based experience preferred; teletherapy experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

• A teaching certification may be required depending on district policies.
