About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide remote therapy services to K–12 students in Paducah, Kentucky. This role offers the chance to support student independence, participation, and confidence while working from a flexible home setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual OT services to students with diverse motor, sensory, and developmental needs.

• Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on student goals and IEP requirements.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success.

• Adjust interventions as needed and document services in accordance with Kentucky guidelines.

• Attend virtual IEP meetings and assist in developing appropriate accommodations and strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Active Kentucky OT license (teaching certification may be required).

• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred; virtual therapy experience a plus.

• Strong communication, organization, and digital skills.

• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
