We’re seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide virtual school-based services to students in Howell, Michigan. This fully remote opportunity allows you to help learners develop fine-motor, sensory, and functional skills that enhance their participation and success in the classroom.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver individualized virtual OT sessions to K–12 students.

• Conduct assessments and support eligibility determinations.

• Develop IEP-aligned therapy goals and intervention plans.

• Track progress and adjust treatment strategies based on student data.

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Michigan school standards.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Active Michigan OT license.

• School-based experience preferred; virtual experience a plus.

• Strong communication, organization, and technology skills.

• Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace.

• Teaching certification may be required depending on district.
