Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week (8.5 hours/day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Schools Assigned: 1 school
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a qualified mental health professional to support students with moderate to significant social-emotional needs in a structured school setting.
Eligible Credentials:
-
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
-
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
-
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
-
School Counselor with PPS credential
-
ERMHS Specialist with PPS credential
Note: LMFTs will be needed to supervise AMFTs who are hired.
About the Role
-
Support a small caseload of 6 students
-
Work in a structured classroom environment alongside teachers and instructional aides

Provide 1:1 and group counseling sessions (30 minutes per IEP requirements)

Deliver social-emotional lessons and in-class support

Attend IEP meetings and ensure weekly IEP minutes are met
