About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide virtual therapy services to K–12 students in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this remote role, you’ll help students build functional, motor, and adaptive skills that support success in both academic and daily life activities.
Responsibilities

Deliver virtual occupational therapy sessions for students with diverse physical and developmental needs.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student progress.

Monitor outcomes, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate documentation per Ohio guidelines.

Participate in virtual IEP and eligibility meetings as needed.
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

Active Ohio OT license (teaching certification may be required).

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred; teletherapy experience a plus.

Excellent communication, organization, and tech proficiency.

Reliable internet connection and professional home workspace.
