Job Details:
- Part-time schedule
- Collaborate with school staff when a need arises based on a suicidal or homicidal risk screening.
- Provide crisis stabilization and/or short-term counseling on a case-by-case basis at school sites.
- Be available to arrive on-site at the school within one hour of notification.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Must hold a valid LCSW or LPC license to practice in the State of Georgia.
- Must maintain all required licenses, certifications, and training.
- Experience in crisis stabilization, the 1013 legal process, and managing complex mental health cases.
- Skilled in providing on-site crisis intervention and rapid response in school or community-based settings.
- Proficient in developing and implementing crisis safety plans, with a strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles.
- At least 3 years of experience in mental health or clinical counseling settings following full licensure.
