School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Springfield, MA

Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a school district located in Springfield, MA. This is a full-time, 35-hour-per-week position available ASAP through June 25, 2026.

Position Details:

• Contract dates: ASAP – 6/25/2026

• 35 hours per week, full-time

• High school caseload consisting of both direct and consult services

• Works with General Education and Life Skills programs (LI and LINKS)

• Must be comfortable supporting students with autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts SLPA license required

• Prior school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams

• Passionate about supporting diverse learners and helping them reach communication goals
