School-Based Physical Therapist (FT) | Shelton, WA | 35 Hours/Week

Job Type: Full-Time (35 hours per week)
Dates: September 2, 2025 – June 16, 2026
Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Caseload: PreK–12th grade students across multiple campuses (TBD)
Placement: Onsite only

Position Summary:

This full-time Physical Therapist position is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a school district that supports student wellness from early learning through high school graduation. You’ll serve students with a wide range of motor needs — from mobility and strength training to positioning and equipment consultation.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role that puts you at the heart of student-centered learning.

Job Duties:

• Provide evaluations and direct therapy services as prescribed in IEPs

• Set and document measurable, educationally relevant goals for physical development

• Collaborate closely with IEP teams to support inclusion and accessibility

• Offer recommendations for equipment and modifications to support student independence

• Document all services accurately and punctually in accordance with district and state regulations

• Manage multiple locations, adjusting schedule as needed for student needs

Required Licensure and Skills:

• Washington State Physical Therapy License (unrestricted)

• Master's or Doctorate in PT from an accredited program

• Understanding of IDEA and best practices in educational therapy

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with pediatric/school-based therapy preferred
