Position Overview

Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations

Deliver direct OT services to middle school students (ages 11–14)

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings

Support students’ fine motor, sensory processing, and functional school-based goals

Complete required documentation and progress notes
Qualifications

Active Washington State OT license (required)

School-based experience preferred but not required
