School Based SLP-CFY Opportunity in Massachusetts
Procare Therapy is looking to hire a speech language pathologist (SLP) new grad to complete their clinical fellowship year at a school in Pepperell. This is a great opportunity for graduates looking to secure employment for their clinical fellow year.
Clinical Fellows on assignment with Procare may be eligible for: guidance through licensure and interview processes, weekly lodging and meals stipends, CEU, and licensure reimbursement, and more! If you have questions about your eligibility, please contact me directly.
Additionally, while on assignment with Procare, you will have access to our brand-new advisory team. This is a group of experienced professionals who will be available to meet with you to answer any questions or concerns you may have, as well as provide mentorship to you throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments and treatment to students in a school setting
- Collaborate with teachers and other education professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
- Conduct parent conferences to discuss students' progress and recommendations for continued support
- Participate in team meetings and school district meetings as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech and Communication Disorders
- Have passed or scheduled the Praxis Exam
- Willing to obtain SLP Licensure in Massachusetts
