Position: Full-Time Autistic Support Teacher
Location: Upper Chichester, PA 
Start Date: August 25, 2025
End Date: June 12, 2026
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week
Caseload: 3rd–5th Grade, 8–10 students
Pay Rate: $35–$40/hr (based on experience)

Soliant Education is hiring a full-time Autistic Support Teacher to serve students in Upper Chichester, PA for the 2025–2026 school year. This role involves direct instruction and behavioral support for a small-group caseload of students in grades 3–5.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state and district standards

• Provide differentiated instruction and behavioral support for students with Autism

• Maintain strong classroom management in an urban school setting

• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on data

• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, service providers, and district staff

• Complete documentation and IEP goals

• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Active PA Special Education Certification or eligibility for emergency teaching permit (must have Bachelor’s degree)

• Must have completed PA clearances

• Experience in a school setting required

• Experience working in urban educational environments preferred

• Demonstrated classroom and behavioral management skills
