Position: Full-Time Autistic Support Teacher
Location: Sharon Hill, PA 
Start Date: August 25, 2025
End Date: June 12, 2026
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week
Caseload: 3rd–5th grade students (8–10 per class)
Pay: $35–$40/hr depending on experience

Soliant Education is hiring a full-time Autistic Support Teacher to work with elementary students in Sharon Hill, PA. The position involves a structured caseload of students in grades 3–5 and focuses on both instructional delivery and behavior management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lessons in line with IEP goals and state standards

• Work closely with related service staff and support personnel

• Establish and maintain effective classroom routines and structure

• Monitor student data and adjust instruction accordingly

• Attend IEP meetings and maintain all necessary documentation

• Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• Active Special Education certification in PA OR Bachelor's degree and eligibility for emergency certification

• Completion of PA clearances is required

• Prior experience in a school setting is mandatory

• Strong behavioral and classroom management skills

• Must be comfortable working in urban school environments
