Position: Full-Time Educational Audiologist
Location: Murrieta, CA
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Assignment Dates: January start through mid-June
Travel: May require travel between a few school sites
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Audiologist to support students with hearing and auditory processing needs within a school-based setting in Murrieta, CA. This full-time position involves working collaboratively with school teams, students, and families to ensure students have appropriate access to auditory information and the support needed for academic and social success. The audiologist may serve multiple school sites within the district.
Qualifications

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D. preferred)

Valid California state licensure as an Audiologist

ASHA Certification (CCC-A) preferred
-
Experience in educational or pediatric audiology is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities Include

Conduct hearing screenings and comprehensive audiological evaluations

Recommend, fit, and support the use of hearing assistive technology (e.g., hearing aids, FM/DM systems)

Provide auditory training, consultation, and counseling for students, families, and school staff

Collaborate with IEP teams to develop appropriate goals, accommodations, and services
-
Serve as a resource to teachers regarding classroom strategies and accommodations for students with hearing needs

Travel between assigned school sites as needed
