School-Based Audiologist – Los Angeles Area, CA
Location: On-site | Multiple Campuses Throughout the LA Area

Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling
Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Audiologist to join our educational team in the Los Angeles area. This position involves working with young children who use hearing aids or cochlear implants. The ideal candidate will be trained in Auditory-Verbal Therapy and committed to supporting the listening and spoken language development of students.
Assignments and caseloads may vary, and some positions may be itinerant across campuses within the district.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide audiological services to students with hearing impairments.

Support children utilizing hearing aids or cochlear implants in developing auditory and speech skills.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to create and implement individualized education and therapy plans.

Deliver Auditory-Verbal Therapy following best practices and district guidelines.

Conduct assessments, manage equipment, and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:

Active California Audiologist License
-
Listening and Spoken Language Specialist (LSLS) certification

Certified Auditory-Verbal Therapist (LSLS Cert. AVT) or
-
Certified Auditory-Verbal Educator (LSLS Cert. AVEd)
Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school-based setting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
