Responsibilities:
- Implement effective speech-language therapy plans and interventions tailored to students' needs.
- Work collaboratively with students in one-on-one or small group settings to address speech and language challenges.
- Foster seamless collaboration with teachers and school staff, actively supporting students' communication goals.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records and progress reports for transparent communication with the school and parents.
- Actively contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, playing a key role in the development of personalized education plans.

- Initiate a brief and insightful (10-15 minute) screening call with a dedicated ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
- Engage in a comprehensive (20-30 minute) virtual interview directly with the school.
- Anticipate an offer typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
