School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Chicago Ridge, IL. This is a contract position within a school setting, providing an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students while receiving support from a reputable organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to determine students' communication needs.
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' academic and social success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports on student performance.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
- Illinois state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
