Job Description: Soliant, in partnership with school districts in Fayetteville, NC, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP, you will play a crucial role in providing students with the necessary speech and language services to support their academic success and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
- Providing direct therapy services to students, either individually or in group settings.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social-emotional development.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of students' progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- At least one year of recent experience working as an SLP in a school or pediatric setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
