Position Overview: Soliant, along with its affiliates, is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and serve in a school-based contract role in Claremont, NH. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in providing essential speech and language services to students, contributing to their academic success and overall development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to facilitate effective intervention strategies.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Educational and Licensing Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid New Hampshire state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in speech-language pathology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
