ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Indianapolis, IN. As an SLP, you will work with an elementary caseload, providing essential speech and language services to students.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Indiana state licensure or eligibility
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services and collaborate with other professionals
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with staff, parents, and administrators
