Job Description: Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in the Holyoke, Massachusetts area. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, helping individuals improve their communication and swallowing abilities. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to address speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
- Provide evidence-based therapy services to improve communication and swallowing skills
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize treatment outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Valid Massachusetts state license or eligibility for licensure
- Clinical experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
