ProCare Therapy is seeking a motivated and experienced school based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in the Lawrence, Massachusetts area for the upcoming 24/25 School Year!
The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to students with a wide range of communication disorders.
Responsibilities: (K-12th Grade Aged Students)
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Implement therapy plans and goals as developed by the supervising SLP
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Document student progress and communicate with the supervising SLP and other team members
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field preferred
- Active SLPA certification in the state of Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of experience as an SLPA in a school-based setting (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals
