Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support students' communication skills.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure student success.
Qualifications:
Valid Texas licensure as an SLP or SLPA (or eligible for licensure).
Experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required for SLPA candidates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
