Location: Manassas, VA
Position Type: Full-Time, Immediate Start or Next School Year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Caseload: 40 students across 2 elementary schools

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Virginia state licensure or eligibility
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
