School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Massachusetts (Teletherapy)

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, you will work remotely, partnering with VocoVision, to provide speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting in Massachusetts. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students while enjoying the flexibility and convenience of teletherapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication and language development needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students via teletherapy.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support students' academic and communication goals.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Stay current on best practices and trends in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Massachusetts state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with technology and teletherapy platforms (training will be provided).
