School-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Contract - Yelm, WA

Soliant, in partnership with school districts in the Yelm, WA area, is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract position. Educational and Licensing Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Washington State license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Valid Washington ESA certification or ability to obtain
Experience:
- At least one year of recent experience in the field of speech-language pathology
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate regularly with team members
