School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity
Avondale, AZ
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, in alignment with Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate speech and language strategies into the classroom and support students' overall development.
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Arizona state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations is advantageous.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
