School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Chester, PA (Full-Time)
ProCare Therapy is currently looking for qualified Speech Language Pathologists in the Chester, PA area who are passionate about working with children and in school settings. We are a school staffing agency which has partnered with a school district in Chester which is actively looking to hire for a full-time SLP opening for the rest of 2023-2024. This would be a contracted staffing opportunity, and more information is available below on the specifics of the assignment.
Assignment Details:
- Competitive Hourly Pay Rate (Available upon request)
- Benefits: Insurance Benefits provided (Medical, Vision & Dental)
- Guaranteed Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- Assignment Start & End Date: ASAP Start – June 07, 2024
- Caseload: Supporting either Elementary OR Middle + High School
- Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to assigned caseload of students
- Complete necessary documentation & writeups for students
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed for assigned students
- Collaborate with Special Ed. Teachers & other staff to ensure student education goals are being me
- More details on day-to-day responsibilities to come from district during interview process
Qualifications:
- License / Certification: Can consider either CCC-SLP or CFY!
- PA School Clearances: Valid Pennsylvania School Clearances required before start date
- Prior experience in school-based Speech Language Pathology preferred, but also open to first time School SLP's!
