Hours per Week: Full-time, 37.5
Caseload: Middle/elementary school. Too early to have number of students for 24/25 school year but will be manageable.
Required Credentials/Non-Negotiables: State Licensure. NO REMOTE.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming academic year. As an integral member of our educational community, you will work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to provide comprehensive speech and language services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom environment.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding students' progress and recommended strategies for support.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' individualized education plans.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure in New Hampshire.
- ASHA Certification (preferred).
- Experience working with school-aged children (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services to students.
