Description: We are seeking dedicated Remote Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Chicago Heights, Illinois. While onsite presence is preferred, remote options are available for qualified candidates. This position offers the opportunity to work with students at our Early Learning Center, spanning PreK to 5th grades, within a supportive and collaborative Special Education Cooperative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide therapy services remotely to students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the IEP team.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs and academic success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
Requirements:
- Active license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL).
- Experience working with students in a school setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work remotely with access to necessary technology and resources.
