Job Title: Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (Texas)
Are you an experienced and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist seeking an opportunity to work remotely? Vocovision is looking for dedicated professionals to join our network as Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists in Texas on a 1099 contract basis.
Position Overview: As a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in our network, you'll utilize your expertise to provide exceptional teletherapy services to students across Texas. Employing cutting-edge technology and evidence-based practices, you'll assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders from the convenience of your home office.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop tailored therapy plans to meet the individual needs and objectives of each student.
- Deliver engaging and interactive therapy sessions via teleconferencing software.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate documentation of outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student success.
- Participate actively in network-wide meetings, professional development opportunities, and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Texas state licensure.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in conducting virtual assessments and therapy sessions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect effectively with students and stakeholders.
- Comfortable with technology and adept at troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
- Compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of students.
