Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (School), California
Calling on California-licensed Speech-Language Pathologists who are seeking an assignment with a focus on assessments! Soliant has partnered with a school district in northern California and is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to complete assessments on an as needed basis for this school year.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be California residents, or able to travel to California to complete a background check (Livescan) in accordance with District requirements.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
- California SLP license and valid SLP license in their state of residence
We seek applicants with the following skills:
- 2 years of on-site experience in schools highly preferred
- Familiarity with remote therapy model
- Technology skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Zoom and its capabilities.
- Ability to use IEP software.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Docs, and PDF editing software
- Working knowledge of online assessment tests and activities
Details of assignment:
- Part-time applicants welcome (at least 10 hours per week)
- Caseload of preschool and elementary students
- Responsible for assessments, predominantly of initial referrals (the bulk of these speech assessments are for children in Spanish-speaking families)
- 1099 assignment
