Overview: We are actively seeking 2-3 dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team immediately. The ideal candidates will be flexible and adaptable, capable of managing various types of caseloads ranging from 40 to 55 students.
Interview Process: We are offering the unique opportunity to conduct interviews and extend offers in-house. We aim to match candidates who align with our requirements and expectations swiftly.
Licensing: We welcome applications from individuals who are willing to obtain their NM SLP license. However, if you already possess a New Mexico SLP license, please indicate so in your application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide therapy to a caseload of 40 - 55 students.
- Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Must have good communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing caseloads effectively.
- Eligible for or possession of a New Mexico SLP license (preferred but not mandatory).
