As a Speech Language Pathologist in our school district, you'll collaborate closely with educators, parents, and fellow professionals to identify and address students' communication needs through personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech, language, and communication abilities.- Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs and objectives.
- Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques and innovative resources.
- Foster collaboration among educators, parents, and professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student success.
- Monitor progress, adjust therapy plans as necessary, and maintain accurate records of student performance.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Possess a current SLP license in the state of Wisconsin.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Demonstrate at least two years of experience working with school-aged children.
