We're a dedicated team committed to supporting the communication needs of children in St. Paul, MN, and we're currently seeking a passionate Part-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver therapy services to children aged 3 to 5.
- Assist in the assessment and evaluation of students' communication skills.
- Implement therapy plans and activities designed by the Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Provide support in individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on developing communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Qualifications:
- Completion of state requirements for SLPA credentials.
- Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Experience working with young children preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
