Part Time remote Speech Language Pathologist job in Minnesota
Location: Minnesota (Remote)
Position Type: Part-time, (covering a short-term leave)
Hours per Week: 20 hours
Duration: Remainder of the current school year
Qualifications:
- Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) Certification
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- ASHA Certification
- Active SLP certification in Minnesota and state of residence
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Job Description: We are currently seeking a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist to cover a short-term leave position in Minnesota. The successful candidate will provide teletherapy services to students in need of speech-language support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech-language disorders and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students using VocoVision's platforms
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student learning and progress
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Communicate regularly with school staff and parents/guardians regarding student progress and goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and accommodations
