We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time role in Willis, TX. The successful candidate will provide speech therapy services part-time, focusing on assessing and treating students with diverse linguistic backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges.
- Create and execute tailored treatment plans for bilingual students.
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to enhance the communication skills of students.
- Offer guidance and training to school personnel on how to support bilingual students’ speech and language development.
- Keep accurate records and adjust therapy plans based on student progress and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or closely related field.
- Current Texas SLP licensure.
- Fluency in two or more languages.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred; however, CFY candidates will be considered.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse groups.
