Speech Language Pathologist Job Description:
- Provide remote speech-language pathology services to students in a virtual school setting.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions via online platforms.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication and learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure students' success.
Speech Language Pathologist Job Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Oregon SLP license (CCCs)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting.
- Experience providing virtual therapy services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast/reliable computer & internet speed.
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted.
Pay & Benefits:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Potential Tax benefits
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours
- ($40-55/hr depending on district budget/candidate experience)
- Clinical/Technical Team on standby
Interview Process:
- 10 - 15 minute screening call with a VocoVision Recruiter.
- 20 - 30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District.
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
