Overview: We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist with pediatric experience to join our team for a rewarding contract position in the Longview area. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs of pediatric students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's goals (IEP)
- Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with state regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Active state licensure in Washington or ability to obtain licensure before start date.
- Experience working in school environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
