Job Description: Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in Aberdeen, Washington. As an essential member of our team, you will work alongside experienced professionals to provide vital speech and language therapy services to individuals in need. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the implementation of therapy plans, conducting therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist, and maintaining detailed records of client progress.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of individualized therapy plans.
- Conduct therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant license in the state of Washington.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
