Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing needs.
- Provide therapy services to patients in various settings, including schools, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech and language disorders and treatment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California.
- Clinical experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
