Job Description: Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in the Douglasville, Georgia area. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients in a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
- Provide evidence-based therapy services to improve communication and swallowing abilities
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize treatment outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Valid Georgia state license or eligibility for licensure
- Clinical experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
