Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in the Magnolia, Texas area. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages. Your role will involve developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy services, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
- Provide therapy services to improve communication and swallowing abilities
- Educate patients and their families on strategies to support communication skills
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and educators, to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Valid Texas state license or eligibility for licensure
- Clinical experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
